1. The new language Mail is available in 11 languages . These languages are Assamese, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Tamil, Hindi, Punjabi , Gujarati and Sanksrit .

When you get into the compose page, pick the language you want from the
drop-down on the extreme right.

This bar contains a total of 11 languages.

Once you chose the option, the page automatically refreshes to a new page which says that the font you have tried to choose does not exist.

When you get this error it means that you do not have this font on your computer .

Once you have clicked on the language button, you will get an IPlugin error that will state that:

1. This font is not available with you.
   This means that you will have to download the font on to your computer immediately to view the same. the first step involved is to
   Click OK to view the font.

Please note that once you have downloaded this font, you will never again have to download the same font again. The software will automatically detect the font. So this is only a one time process.

Points to remember:

1. Once you have downloaded the font, you will never have to download it again.
2. This one time process is only for one font.
3. If you want to view or compose in another font, you will have to do this
   process again.

Font error happens because the font you have chosen is not available in your computer and you need to download the same into your computer. You need to OK the same and continue the downloading process.

Once this is done he will have to download the font that is there on the top of the page.

The yellow strip that is seen on the top of the mail is the link that the user has to click to download the font to his machine.

This is the option you get for downloading the ActiveX component on to your desktop. This is a function of the Internet explorer. Every time you try to install a new font you will get this on top of your screen. You will need to right click it, and install the same.

The user will have to right click it. The moment he right clicks it he gets three options:

1. Install ActiveX control
2. What's the risk?
3. Information for help.

The user will have to click on Install activeX control.

This is the actual installation step. This will install the required font on to your desktop.

Every time you try to install a new font you will get this on top of your screen.

You have 2 options.

1. Install
2. Don't install

Once you click on the install button, immediately the font gets installed onto your computer.

This keyboard is called the floating keyboard. Every time you want to use the vernacular option, you will get this keyboard option on top of your screen. This is a default. But you have the option of hiding the same if you wish to.

Once the Font is downloaded then you will immediately get the typewriter with the font. Once you get the typewriter front of your screen, we first ok the keyboard button. Once this is done we can start using the Language fonts.

IMPORTANT: The LOCK button is a very important function of the floating keyboard. Using the LOCK button you can choose between using the Default English language or the chosen vernacular language.

Important: CLICK on the LOCK button to start using the selected language font on the keyboard.

To compose in the selected font, the following steps are involved:

1. Click the cursor on the compose box.
2. The click on the type of option Typewriter or phonetic.
3. Once you have chosen the type, click on the LOCK to start using in the vernacular language
4. If you want to use the English default font for writing the message using the typewriter, then release the LOCK button and you will get back to the default English font.
5. Now start typing.
6. You will get the option of 2 Fonts.
   
1. BNBW- TTBidisha
2. BNBW- TTDurgaEN
   

This is for your user convenience. You can choose between the typewriter or the phonetic keyboard. Both of them are very easy to use.

You can choose any of the 2 options.

1. Either you can go for the typewriter which is a bit more professional but very easy to use
2. Or you can choose the Phonetic, which is more direct English to vernacular conversion.

But both these are very user-friendly tools for typing the font that you have chosen..

Once you have finished typing the necessary message in your desired font, you are ready to send the email

You need to click the cursor on the to button. Once you have done the same, then
start tying the address to which you want to send the same. If the address is
already stored, then the auto address feature will automatically pull out your address.

Follow these simple step.

1. Go to 'Preferences' and click on the same.
2. Once you are in into preference, click on the language button on the top of your screen.
3. You will get another screen with all the options.

The option includes:

1. The default language that you want. There are at present 11 languages that you can choose from
2. The Type of keyboard that you prefer. There are currently 2 keyboards that you can choose from, Typewriter and Phonetic

Once you have chosen the same, then click on the customize button. Then
choose your language font and the keyboard, both of which will become
default automatically.

1. The next time you try to compose the mail, you will automatically get the language choice you had opted for without you selecting it again.
